Of course, when you build a home, you must have land to build on. We have realtors on staff that can help you find available lots just about anywhere in the metro New Orleans area including the entire Northshore, which will accommodate your home plans.
If your desired lot is not able to support your home plans, we can consult with you during the design process. We can provide you with recommendations of modifications that may allow your plans to fit on your lot.
Savoie Construction also has hundreds of past home designs that we have completed. We will happily share examples of these floor plans with you and show you how they can be customized to incorporate the features that you are looking for in a home. While we do not create home designs, we will happily help you update our existing plans to make them your own.
